in Michigan, if you buy mobile home on land you pay the sales tax or property tax?

I'm guessing both. Property tax to the country, but the sales on the trailer. The trailer is not real estate property tax and is not involved, only annual fees DMV and first rate. You would be paying property tax on the land, even if there was nothing at all, I am sure you will pay for it with the camper.
