No clear time limit for the deposit of the Michigan State Tax: Plus an embarrassing error, help?

I submitted 29 January 2009 for 2008 taxes, and I have already received my federal refund back. Well, I am a Michigan resident as well, and I laid on the second February and I received my two federal and countries on Wednesday. What program are you use to e-file. I have my driving, the Turbo also gave me an estimate, if it be on my account.
